The Executive Committee functions as the central administrative body of the MCI's conference. The Executive Committee is a selected group of leaders entrusted with the administrative and spiritual oversight of the church conference. Acting on behalf of the wider conference body when it is not in session, this committee ensures that the mission, policies, and decisions of the conference are carried out effectively. The Executive Committee is the principal administrative and decision-making body of a church conference. It provides spiritual leadership, governance, and strategic oversight, ensuring that the conference operates in alignment with its vision, values, and mission.
Purpose & Function:
The Executive Committee is entrusted with managing the overall affairs of the church conference between full conference sessions. It is responsible for implementing decisions, guiding ministries, and coordinating the work of the church at a regional or national level.
